The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20(b)(ii)(c), 23(c), 25 and 29 of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act in connection with NCB Case No.10 of 2017 pending in the Court of learned Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur. Since the trial is at the verge of conclusion, I am not inclined to review the earlier order of rejection of prayer for bail dated 15.02.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No.60222 of 2017, hence, this application is again dismissed.
