2. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to assail the order dated 17-12-2019 passed by the Child Development Project Officer, Beldour before the District Programme Officer, Khagaria (Respondent No.3).

3. This Court would observe that if the petitioner approaches the District Programme Officer (for short 'DPO') within a period of two weeks, the DPO, Khagaria, would be
