The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 06.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23694 of 2015 whereby the petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail in connection with Koransarai P.S. Case No. 25 of 2015, pending in the court of the learned C.J.M. Buxar, with the condition that the petitioner shall deposit 20% of Rs. 1,04,22,255.88/- within a period of eight months. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has already deposited Rs. 8,00,000/-. It has been further prayed that another six months time may be granted so that the petitioner may deposit the remaining amount of 20% of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12515 of 2016 (2) dt.30-03-2016 2/2 1,04,22,255.88/-.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, another period of six months is granted to the petitioner to deposit the remaining amount of 20% of Rs. 1,04,22,255.88/- from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order. And on doing so, the provisional bail of the petitioner shall be confirmed by the court below.

The order dated 06.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23694 of 2015 is modified to the extent as indicated above. The modification application is, accordingly, disposed of.
