After going through the detailed report, the Court is of the view that there is no deliberate non-compliance of the direction issued by the writ Court. Accordingly, the contempt proceeding is dropped.

The report of the Vigilance is returned in sealed cover to the counsel appearing on behalf of the Vigilance Department. The contempt application stands disposed of.
