2. The petitioner is in custody since 11.10.2022 in connection with Kahalgaon (Ghogha) P.S. Case No. 666 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376/323/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution story, the petitioner established physical relation with the alleged victim on the promise of marriage.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the girl is a major.

5. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
