JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI) Date: 04-05-2017 A frivolous kind of writ application has been filed. When there are gaping holes as to why on rejection of the claim of the petitioner for absorption on the post of Khalasi in the handicapped quota in the year 1993, he waited till 2005 to file OA, which too was dismissed for default. No follow up action was taken for almost 10 years and then a fresh OA was filed in the year 2014 to be precise on 09.10.2014. There could not have been a better case for the Tribunal to dismiss such frivolous application. This is the reason for this Court to say that even the writ is a frivolous effort on the part of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.4872 of 2017 dt.04-05-2017 2/2 petitioner to challenge such an order of the Tribunal. Writ is dismissed.
