On that date, there was no representation for the petitioner and this Court directed the matter to be listed on 04.08.2025 as a last indulgence. However, the matter has been taken up today. In spite of it, there is no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for default and non-prosecution.
