2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.108 of 2024 arising out of Sheohar P.S. Case No.191 of 2019 lodged on 16.08.2019, for the offence punishable under Sections 307/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of C.J.M., Sheohar.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks further two weeks' time in this matter for compliance of the order dated 12.09.2025.

4. It transpires to this Court that the present case is pending before the Court since long and order dated 12.09.2025 has not been complied with even after granting time.
