The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 63 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is named in the self inculpatory statement of co-accused in the case of dacoity. Considering the above fact, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
