02. 01.04.2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 26 of 2016 registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad.

Considering that the Petitioner's name transpired during investigation, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to him. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
