JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 03-04-2019 Learned counsel for the State Election Authority has informed this Court, on instructions received today, that the State Election Authority is going to take steps for holding of the election of the Managing Committee of Paroo Block Vyapar Mandal within next few weeks. It is submitted that fresh election notification shall be issued by the authority. In the aforesaid view of the matter, this writ application seems to have become infructuous.
