JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 11-07-2019 Petitioner is seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to construct a godown over a land, which is adjacent to his present shop and allow him lease out in his favour the said constructed godown, over the land described in paragraph 1.

A writ in the nature of mandamus can be issued only if a party is in a position to establish any constitutional or legal right against the State which has been infringed and which needs to remedied. There is no legal basis explained in the writ application for this Court to issue any such writ as sought for.

This writ application has no merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
