JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after three years of the marriage for non-fulfilment of the dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that victim died due to pregnancy complication and subsequently the informant has retracted from his initial version. The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15356 of 2015 (2) dt.16-04-2015 2/2 regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 115 of 2014 pending in the court of learned CJM, Jehanabad. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
