2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364, 302, 201, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, informant suspects that this petitioner along with other co-accused persons abducted her husband and subsequently committed murder.
4. It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on suspicion. Petitioner is staff of Anand Raj with whom husband of the informant had monetary dispute. Informant is not eye-witness of the occurrence. Save and except suspicion there is no material against this petitioner which suggest his complicity in the alleged occurrence.

5. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Gaya in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 81 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
