Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 306 of 2013 in which, cognizance has been taken for the offence punishable under Sections-498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Taking into consideration that the petitioner No. 1 is said to be married Nanad whereas; petitioner No. 2 is Nandoshi of the informant and no specific overt act has been attributed against them, the petitioners named-above, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, shall

No.34580 of 2014 (2) dt.19-02-2015 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chiraiya P.S.
