ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 26-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Muffasil P.S. case No.441 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 376 and 511/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran. Considering the nature of allegations against the Petitioners, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

The Petitioners are directed to surrender in the Court below, failing which the Court below shall take stringent steps for ensuring arrest of the Petitioners.
