This application has been filed for grant of regular bail arise out of Danapur P.S. Case No. 206 of 2023, registered for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R, the police got information that some people were cheating innocent persons in the name of providing job in the military.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that similarly situated co-accused, namely, Shammi Raj @ Atul Kuamr and Satish Kumar @ Sunni have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Misc. Case No. 38113 of 2023 vide order dated 14.07.2023.

Let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate- 1st Class, Danapur, Patna in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 206 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner would cooperate in the proceeding of the court below. In the event of failure to appear on two consecutive dates, the court below will be at liberty to pass appropriate order including cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
