JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 21-08-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners; learned AC to AAG 15 for the State and learned counsel for the Magadh University (hereinafter referred to as the 'University').

2. Having considered the submissions of learned counsel for the parties and materials on record, the Court finds that there has been no deliberate or wilful violation of the order dated 13.11.2013 passed in MJC No.1120 of 2011.

3. In view thereof, the application stands disposed off.

4. The stand of the University is that the payments to which the petitioners were entitled have been made.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that with regard to payment made to petitioner no. 2 there are some errors.

6. Be that as it may, it shall be open to the petitioner no. 2 to file a detailed representation before the Pay Verification Cell of the State Government within two weeks from today. If the same is done, the authorities shall look into the matter and pass a reasoned order within four weeks from the date of filing of such representation.

7. If it transpires that there is mistake, after necessary correction, whatever further is required to be paid to the petitioner, the same shall also be paid within four weeks thereafter. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J) Anjani/- AFR/NAFR U
