The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Singhiya PS case No. 08/2020 registered under Section 363, 366, 304(B), 34 of the IPC.
The informant alleged that on 21.01.2020 she was informed that her daughter fled away from the house in the mid night. The informant came and enquired about the matter. The informant suspected that the accused persons killed her daughter and threw her dead body.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. The dead body was found in village Pipra on 25.01.2020. The petitioner never demanded any dowry. The husband of the deceased is in custody. The husband of the petitioner has already been enlarged
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36312 of 2020(3) dt.23-06-2021 2/2 on regular bail. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner but it appears that the daughter-in-law of the petitioner was missing from her house and her dead body was found on 25.01.2020 in village Pipra. Some mark was also found on the body and the viscera was kept reserved. The daughter-in-law of the petitioner was killed and her dead body was thrown.
Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
