This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Chandan P.S. Case No. 19 of 2023 registered under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has clean antecedent and there is recovery of 358.2 litre illicit liquor and also the petitioner is in custody since 27.01.2023.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
