JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of establishing forceful physical relationship with the informant by the petitioner and others. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that considering the accusation made in the background of land dispute, co accused Ram Ratan Mandal has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 22505 of 2010.

The aforesaid facts constitute grounds for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13253 of 2015 (2) dt.31-03-2015 2/2 in connection with Babubarhi P.S. Case No. 177 of 2009 pending in the court of learned CJM, Madhubani.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
