The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No. 136 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the marriage, in question, had taken place four years back in the year 2011. For the sake of argument, as alleged by the informant, on account of non-fulfillment of dowry such as motorcycle and cash, she was being harassed and as such, the present case was registered. It is further submitted that

Considering the aforesaid submissions and the fact that the petitioner is ready to keep his wife with full dignity and honour as also the undertaking of not demanding dowry and torturing, as given by the petitioner, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Pariya P.S. Case No. 136 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Jagdish/- U T
