This is repeat application seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 626 of 2014 registered under Sections, 323, 328, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier the petitioner approached the Court for grant of anticipatory bail, which was considered and rejected. Taking into account, the severity of the allegations levelled against the petitioner, I am not persuaded to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail. Prayer is, accordingly, rejected.
