1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this application is for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or orders or direction to quash the order dated 11.03.2022 passed by the District Magistrate, Arwal whereby and whereunder the appeal filed by the petitioner vide Anganbari Appeal Case No. 40/DM/2020 which is contained in Annexure no. 11 which arises out of an order passed in case no. 64DPO/2019 by the District Programme Officer, Arwal on dated 18.06.2020 whereby and
Patna High Court CWJC No.10004 of 2022(3) dt.12-03-2024 2/2 whereunder he rejected the petition of the petitioner to appoint her as Anganbari Sevika Code-216, Panchayat-Belkhara, Ward No. 1, Anganbari Kendra-Sheikhpura-2, Dist.- Arwal, which is contained in Annexure no. 10.
AND FURTHER This application is also for the issuance of a direction to the C.D.P.O (Respondent no. 5) to appoint this petitioner on the post of Anganbari Sevika Code-216, Panchayat-Belkhara, Ward No. 1, Anganbari Kendra- Sheikhpura-2, Dist.-Arwal, after quashing the letter no. 103 dated 22.02.2021 contained as Annexure-1."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
