JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-03-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447,341,323,324,307,504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the petitioner stabbed with knife to the informant above waist whereas co accused Amarjeet Bhandari and Radhe Kumar Yadav assaulted with lathi and co accused Devikala Devi threw chilly powder on the eye of Vinod Yadav.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no accusation of repeating the blow and one stab injury has been found to be simple in nature. There is counter version of the occurrence also.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14195 of 2016 (2) dt.31-03-2016 2/2 regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Manigachhi P.S. Case No.274 of 2015 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M. Darbhanga.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
