2. The petitioner is in custody since 18.04.2019 in connection with Complaint Case No. G.O/37 of 2019 for the offences alleged under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with recovery of 41.400 litres of Nepali liquor. The petitioner has already suffered almost two months in custody. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Be that as it may, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Complaint Case No. G.O/37 of 2019 on the following conditions:- (i) That one of the bailors shall be a close relative of the petitioner.
