The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 385, 387, 504, 506, 427 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that while the informant was inspecting his filed, he found petitioners digging a pond on his field and when he tried to stop the petitioners, snatched Rs.3900 and also asked for a ransom of Rs.2,00,000/-. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is case and counter case between the

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 45 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
