JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-05-2016 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in relation to Sonepur P.S. Case No. 500 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 504, 380, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
At the outset, it was noticed that the police has submitted charge sheet only under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code, though the petitioners state that the injury found on the informant and others was found to be simple injury and they did not return for further treatment or further examination of their injuries. He submits that in fact, there was another case filed by the petitioners for attacking on their vehicles, in which the petitioners sustained much more grievous injury in the incident. It
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15405 of 2016 (4) dt.26-05-2016 is all because of the land dispute between the parties. Be that as it may, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonepur P.S.
