By order dated 19.05.2022, the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation Centre, Patna for mediation. Perused the Mediation Report kept at Flag 'M'. The Mediator has reported that the dispute between the parties settled through the process of mediation. Considering the fact that the dispute between the parties has been settled through the process of mediation, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Vaishali at Hazipur in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case
