====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE V.N. SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The deceased died at his in-laws' house.

Petitioner No. 2 is the sister-in-law of the deceased. Petitioner No. 1 is the husband of Petitioner No. 2. Petitioner No. 3 is the wife of the deceased who was also present at her paternal home where her husband died. Present case has been registered by the brother of the deceased.

Let the petitioners surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below whereafter Petitioner No. 2 (Babita Devi) who is the wife of Petitioner No. 1 be admitted to the privilege

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31549 of 2014 (3) dt.20-03-2015 2/2 of bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 5000/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Charpokhari Police Station Case No. 130 of 2011, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. So far Petitioner Nos. 1, 3 are concerned, their request for grant of bail be considered in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the fact that this Court has not chosen to admit him to the privilege of bail in the event of arrest.
