JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 47(a)(e)(f) of the Bihar Excise Act.

It is alleged from the house of the petitioner, 90 liters of Mahua liquor and other incriminating articles were recovered. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the recovery has been made from the joint family house. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6516 of 2015 (2) dt.19-02-2015 2/2 regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 187 of 2014 pending in the court of learned CJM, Nawada.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
