Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner seeks to file a detailed representation before the Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department for the relief(s) as prayed for in the present writ petition for extending the same relief, which has been granted to the petitioner of CWJC No.17709 of 2021, vide order dated 06.02.2024.

3. Considering the limited relief(s), as prayed for in the present writ petition, the petitioner, if so advised, may file a detailed representation before the Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department for considering his case and if he is entitled, the same benefit may be extended to the petitioner as has been granted to the petitioner of CWJC No.17709 of 2021 in accordance with law expeditiously.

4. With the above observation/direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
