By the impugned order the learned court below has rejected the petition filed by the defendant-petitioner under Order 7 Rule 11 C.P.C .

After considering the submissions and perusal of the materials on record, this Court comes to the conclusion that no ground for rejection of the plaint has been made out by the defendant in his petition filed under Order 7 Rule 11 C.P.C . The

Patna High Court CWJC No.12902 of 2014 dt.08-09-2016 learned court below has rightly passed the impugned order. This Court, therefore, is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order.

The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
