The petitioner is aggrieved by an order, dated 23.05.2014, passed, in Sessions Trial No. 106 of 2000, by learned Additional Sessions Judge I, Sitamarhi, whereby he has rejected a petition filed on behalf of the petitioner to mark exhibit Pupri P.S. Non-F.I.R. No. 01 of 1995. I have perused the impugned order, from which it appears that the trial has remained pending for several years because of unnecessary adjournments having been taken by the defence and frivolous application filed. It further appears that after conclusion of arguments of both
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.701 of 2014 (5) dt.22-12-2016 2/2 the sides, the petitioner, who is an accused, had filed the said application, which has been rejected by the impugned order for marking Pupri P.S. Non-FIR No. 01 of 1995 as exhibit.
This revision application is frivolous and vexatious, deserves to be dismissed and is accordingly dismissed.
