The petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Trial Reg No 6 of 2020, GR No 810 of 2019 arising out of Bhagwanpur (Belaon) Police Station (for brevity PS) Case No 62 of 2019 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 304B/34 of Indian Penal Code read with Sections 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Prayer for bail of petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court under order dated 17.12.2019 passed in Cr Misc No 71733 of 2019 (Annexure 1).

Report received from the trial Court, pursuant to the earlier order of this Court, suggests that 2 out of the 6 charge

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34743 of 2020(3) dt.24-02-2021 2/2 sheet witnesses have been examined.

Prayer for bail is again rejected.

This Court would expect that the trial Court would conclude the trial expeditiously, without any delay and preferably within four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
