2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sasaram (Muf.) P.S. Case No. 192 of 2023 dated 08.04.2023, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 363, 367, 368, 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case, in short, is that on 08.04.2023 at about 11.45 A.M., one accused person, namely, Manju Devi snatched informant's mobile phone and cash. Informant used to know Manju Devi from last 3-4 years. It is further alleged that Manju Devi used to lock the informant in a house with unknown male person for 2-3 hours and thereafter she used to collect Rs. 3000-4000/- for the same. The informant got separated from Manju Devi and performed marriage one year prior to the occurrence.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that F.I.R. has been lodged against Manju Devi and unknown persons. The petitioner is the son of Manju Devi and the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the F.I.R, there is no any whisper against the petitioner. The petitioner roped in this case only on the basis of being the son of Manju Devi. Lastly, it has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 10.04.2023 having no criminal antecedents. Charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.

5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in Sasaram (Muf.) P.S. Case No. 192 of 2023. (Khatim Reza, J) premchand/- U
