The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 12.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52175 of 2018, by which the petitioner was granted bail in connection with Kazi Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 260 of 2017, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Muzaffarpur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at the top of the order dated 12.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52175 of 2018, the name of father of the petitioner has wrongly been typed as 'Late Mahmood Alam' in place of 'Md. Sami Ahmed

Considering the submissions made on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner and the grounds mentioned in the modification application, at the top of the order dated 12.04.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52175 of 2018, the name of father of the petitioner be read as 'Md. Sami Ahmed Ansari' in place of 'Late Mahmood Alam'. The rest of the contents stipulated in the order will be same.

The order dated 12.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52175 of 2018, is modified to the extent as indicated above. Let this order be communicated to the learned court below through e-mail.
