JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-03-2023 The case has been listed under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' at the instance of the petitioner. It has been submitted that the petitioner is the owner of the brick-kiln where illicit liquor was recovered. Now the petitioner who is himself 43 years old is saying that the owner is his father and he was not the owner of the brick-kiln and, therefore, the cognizance order should be quashed.

Whatever be the submission of the petitioner, is the matter of trial and this cannot be decided at this stage. This application is dismissed with observation that the petitioner may raise all his defence at the trial. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
