Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Singhia P.S. Case No. 59 of 2013 registered under Sections-366A /34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Although petitioners are named in the first information report but submission on behalf of the petitioners is that the victim eloped with co-accused Shravan Kumar and later on, she solemnized her marriage with co-accused Shravan Thakur which is evident from perusal of marriage certificate annexed at page-20 of this petition and moreover, the victim has given birth to a child which is evident from birth certificate annexed with this petition at page-21. It is further pointed out by him that the victim is presently residing in Assam along with co-accused, Shravan

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that the petitioners named-above, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Singhia P.S. Case No. 59 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, Samastipur subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
