In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 36 of 2020 registered for offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 353, 354(A), 327, 427, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation, an Aam-Sabha was organized in connection with recruitment of Anganwari Sevika and when it was going on, the accused persons opposed, started abusing and raising hulla. When the informant objected, Dinesh Prasad took the record of Aam-Sabha proceeding and destroyed the same. Looking to the entirety of the matter, let the petitioner above named, in event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34479 of 2020(2) dt.15-03-2021 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 36 of 2020, subject to condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his close relative. The petitioner will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence. The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court. If the petitioner is found involved in future in the similar type of offence, the prosecution will have liberty to file an application before the court below for cancellation of his bail and the court below will take decision in accordance with law.
