The petitioners, namely, Gorelal Kumar, Rajendra Sao @ Rajo Sao and Chuni Devi @ Yashoda Devi, apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 406, 420, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioners is that the petitioners took dowry for the purpose of performing marriage of the daughter of the complainant with the petitioner no. 1. Tilak ceremony was also held but the marriage was not performed. It is submitted that the entire allegation is false and concocted. Tilak ceremony is alleged to have been performed in the year 2013 but this complaint case was filed in the year 2015. This fact itself shows the falsity of the allegation of taking dowry.

No.15340 of 2016 (2) dt.26-04-2016 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 761/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
