It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that this petition may be disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 5 (Circle Officer), Phulwari Sharif to consider the Objection petition which has been filed by the petitioner pursuant to Encroachment Case No. 27/19-20.

In view of the aforesaid submission, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 5 (Circle Officer), Phulwari Sharif to consider the objection petition filed

Patna High Court CWJC No.8960 of 2020(2) dt.22-02-2021 2/2 by the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the day of receipt of a copy of this order and, if necessary, after carrying out necessary measurement and demarcation which shall be done in presence of parties.

It is made clear that till disposal of the objection petition filed by the petitioner, status quo shall be maintained with regard to the land/building occupied by the petitioner and no coercive steps shall be taken against him by the respondent authority.

However, this Court has not gone into the merit of the case.

With the aforesaid observation, the present application is disposed of.
