JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,341,323,307,353,427,504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that ten FIR named accused persons and 200-250 attacked the police force and damaged the police jeep. The mob attempted to snatch the rifle of the police party and while doing so they assaulted the police force and tore their uniform. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is general and omnibus. It is further submitted that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31550 of 2014 (2) dt.02-02-2015 2/2 co accused Sanjay Verma has been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 20148 of 2014. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 155 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
