JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-04-2018 The learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the present case is covered by a judgment dated 23.11.2017 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in LPA No. 1518 of 2010 and analogous cases.

In such view of the matter, the impugned order dated 22.11.2010 passed in Case No. 121 of 2010 by the respondent no.2 is quashed and the parties are directed to act in accordance with the aforesaid judgment dated 23.11.2017.
