The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 136 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections-366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The victim has already returned to her home and in her statement recorded u/S 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, she stated that co-accused, Ajay allured her and took away but later on, she made contradictory statement. Moreover, the petitioner is a lady and therefore, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, the petitioner named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, shall be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5713 of 2015 (2) dt.11-02-2015 2/2 bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jamui P.S.
