The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1) (x) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
The petitioners alleged to have assaulted the informant and her daughter by means of lathi and abused by calling caste name.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for the petty dispute the accusation has been
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31552 of 2014 (02) dt.03-02-2015 2/2 levelled when on substantial injury has been caused. The aforesaid facts constitute a ground for consideration of regular bail by the learned court below, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No. 07 of 2013 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
