JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sidhwalia P.S. Case No. 54 of 2009 registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking note of criminal antecedent of the petitioner as well as materials collected by the investigating officer in course of investigation, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Sidhwalia P.S. Case No. 54 of 2009 pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-III, Gopalganj stands rejected.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11650 of 2015 (2) dt.24-03-2015 However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the concerned court at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioner.
