JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-11-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/120B and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner obtained job of panchayat teacher by submitting forged and fabricated academic certificates.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a lady and has falsely been implicated in this case. He submits that at the time of joining, the documents in question had been examined by the officials and were found to be genuine. It is stated in paragraph 3 of the bail petition that the petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Considering the specific allegation against the petitioner, her prayer for bail is refused with direction to surrender and seek regular bail which would be considered and disposed of on its own merit without prejudice.
