The petitioner seeks bail in Karakat P.S. Case No. 67 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 448, 323, 380, 504, 506 and 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, while the informant was cooking in her house, this petitioner entered the house and started abusing her. On protest, this petitioner caught her hair and assaulted her. Petitioner fled away with ornaments, cash of the informant.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. No such occurrence has ever taken place. Both parties are co-villagers and quarrel took place between them, as a result of which this false case lodged against this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Bikramganj (Rohtas) in connection with Karakat P.S.
