No. 19732/2013, this court has granted bail in anticipation of arrest to the petitioner Poonam Kumari till submission of charge-sheet in connection with Economic offence Unit Police Station Case No. 12 of 2012 pending before Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna. Charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner agreed that having not misused the privilege of bail the petitioner may be allowed to continue on the bail bond already furnished.

Having considered the matter that almost all other co-accused persons, who were named in the First Information Report, have been granted anticipatory

No.5009 of 2015 (2) dt.25-03-2015 bail by this Court in different cases and that the petitioner is a lady, let the bail bond of the petitioner continue till any order being passed by trial court cancelling her bail bond, in other words, continue her bail as granted earlier.
